Your Tasks

The Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) acts as a co-pilot to the HR Business Partner Europe in all key HR topics relevant to the Regional teams in Europe and the Global Sales teams, in particular:

  • Consult and support managers on all HR-relevant processes and topics
  • Work in partnership with the Senior HRBP Europe to support on operational and conceptual topics & deliver the people strategy
  • Provide analysis and reportings on people KPIs
  • Prepare necessary documentation for cooperation with the co-determination bodies
  • Support with the implementation of international concepts e.g. employee engagement
  • Support with control of all HR processes, e.g. talent and performance management processes, salary management, personnel cost planning
  • Consult and support organizational changes and change projects e.g. digitalization
  • Recruit in cooperation with the strategic talent acquisition

The Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) contributes on region-wide HR projects such as, for example, Teampulse, digitalization or succession planning. In this capacity, they will interact with the HRDs and HR teams in the MUs across the region.

Your Profile

  • University Degree
  • Proven first professional experience in the HR area
  • Functional/local HR Business Partnering experience will be a plus
  • Experience in cooperating with the Germany works councils
  • Strong strategic, analytical and conceptional skills paired with consulting competence
  • Good business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and high degree of initiative
  • Strong persuasiveness and proven ability to engage with a diverse set of international and cross-functional stakeholders
  • International mindset
  • Fluent in German and English
