For the Brand Experience Design team, we are looking for a passionate designer to help us spread the message about tado° in a unique and memorable way, to develop tado°’s brand appearance further, and design a consistent visual representation of the tado° brand and its products across all touchpoints with customers, partners and employees. You will develop and execute Designs for the tado° website, POS, E-tail Online Marketing, PR Events, and internal brand material for all tadonauts. As a member of the Brand Experience Design team, you will be helping to shape the design language of a high-tech consumer brand.

Your tasks will include the following:

• Help concept, create and test designs for responsive websites as well as digital and printed marketing material
• Identify user/consumer needs and advocate them in the pre-sale design process
• Generate assets and content for our marketing touchpoints that strengthen brand perception
• Work closely with Marketing, PR, Web Development and Product Management
• Support with photo and video production
• Help sharpening a unique tado° design language

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in visual design or a degree in a related discipline
• 1 year of relevant work experience in creating visuals in a marketing context
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Fluent in English (German is not required)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative by nature, experienced in working in an interdisciplinary setup
• Autonomous way of working
• Attention to detail and an excellent aesthetic sense
• Nice to have: Experience with Sketch or Figma
• Nice to have: Experience in working with Content Management Systems
