Your challenge

After a tailored learning program when you join, you will have a vital role in supporting Videojet’s employees, ensuring that the "Up Time, Peace of Mind" goal is achieved. You are responsible for installing and servicing servers, clients, applications and network components. You will be monitoring performance and be documenting the IT environment. In our global helpdesk you will be supporting Videojet’s users and keep their tools of, fast-paced environment, a consultative role, where you will get to partner with people to achieve their strategic business goals. Your responsibilities as Systems Administrator at Videojet include

• Install and maintain software solutions and assist users remotely
• Support our employees in all IT challenges they may have
• Maintain and service Servers, PCs and Notebooks
• Update our IT systems
  

Your Experience/skills Will Include

• Pragmatic problem solver who can support to deliver the best solutions for our users
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and MSO365 products
• +3 years’ experience in software and systems support role
• Experience with network IT and automation is preferred not mandatory
• Fluent in both English and German
