Internship Marine HR / Fleet Development (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student who is interested in fleet development topics and would like to support the department Marine HR as part of a mandatory internship in the following fields:

  • Designing a new layout for our career path for our crew on board of the vessels, together with an external design agency
  • Defining new steps and assessments along the rating career path
  • Introduction of new language tests for various languages and targets groups
  • Organizing of psychological assessments
  • Creating presentations to various development topics

Your Profile:

  • Student currently enrolled in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Psychology, or another related major with an emphasis in Human Resources.
  • Independent working style, reliability, strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Very good command of the English language and proficient computer skills including MS Office
