YOUR ROLE

  • Assist in the design, implementation of an internal social media campaign around our corporate culture
  • Participate in podcast design and creation, helping to develop and launch engaging content
  • Collaborate in the formulation and execution of a global leadership development strategy aligned with Henkel’s vision and values
  • Participate in change management efforts related to leadership development and culture evolution
  • Engage with and support global stakeholders within the organization and support the management of external vendor relationships
  • Contribute to shaping our organizational culture and supporting change management initiatives aimed at fostering a high-performance culture
  • Assist in marketing and campaigning for global initiatives to enhance engagement and participation

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student (d/f/m) who is currently pursuing a university degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Exposure to work in a global context
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Great passion for social media
  • Availability as of February or March 2024

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2.025 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
