Henry Schein is excited to hire its next round of International Management Trainees – Marketing & Sales, in Europe. Positions are tailored to match the individual’s skill set and the business needs of the organization. This creates unique opportunities for business graduates to help support strategic business objectives, driving successful outcomes across the European region.

Our goal is to develop you into a prominent Sales, Marketing, and/or E-Commerce leader/manager within our global business. The duration of the program will be 1 year.

Background And Qualifications
  • Track record of excellent academic performance in an MBA/graduate program
  • Sound business acumen and project management skills demonstrated through previous experiences within a sales, marketing, or e-commerce role
  • Experience in preparing executive level presentations and financial/business analytics
  • Superior communication abilities and excellent quantitative skills
  • Fluency in two of the following languages is required: Czech, German, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish – besides English. Additional language skills highly desirable.
  • International mobility, right to work throughout EU
  • Familiarity working within complex matrix environments highly preferred
  • Previous healthcare industry related experience highly advantageous
