Job Purpose/ Role

Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects. We bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.

To support the Business Development & Internal Services Team of Allianz Consulting, we are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) or Working Student (m/f/d) as soon as possible at our office in Munich/Unterföhring.

Key Responsibilities

• Content and organizational support for recurring Welcoming Events for our new employees on an international level
• Support of all on- and offboarding activities of Allianz Consulting employees
• Active contribution of internal projects and special topics
• Takeover responsibility of operational duties of our daily business and ad-hoc requests
• Takeover responsibility to manage and maintain different kind of employee data in close alignment with our international departments and interfaces
• General administrative support of the Business Development & Internal Services Team
  
  

Key Requirements/ Skills

• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
• First practical experience via previous internships or working student positions
• Advanced in MS Office applications
• Fluent in German- and English
• Reliable, conscientious, engaged and proactive
• Independent working style with strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Strong team player with good communication skills

• Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
