Proclinical are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a medical technology and device establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany. The client is focused on improving the lives and health of many.

Responsibilities
  • Selling to and engaging with clients on a remote basis.
  • You will be selling the company’s products through telephone/videocalls and suitable digital channels.
  • Accomplish sales objectives by location/account planning and funnel/prospect management.
  • Be part of the European Inside Sales & Digital Customer Engagement team.
  • The ideal candidate will execute the company’s actions around Digital Customer Engagement in the location.
  • Consistently increase personal effectiveness and productivity.
Skills & Requirements
  • A degree in life science.
  • Experience with Sales European life sciences or laboratory diagnostics market.
  • Former involvement with sales budget accountability.
  • Demonstrated track record.
  • Acquaintance with telesales would be beneficial.
  • Comprehension of the requirements of the clients, personnel and colleagues.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and results focused.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate well with others in a matrix setting or geographically remote.
  • Identify cultural differences.
  • Leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German.
  • Willing to travel for business needs up to 20% of the time.
