Motivated by the highest possible stakes of climate change and global health, we’re working together within a rapidly digitizing industry to find innovative technologies that guarantee the safety of our water and our environment.The Inside Sales Account Manager System & AMPSposition is responsible for meeting and exceeding Municipal, Industrial and Residential sales targets in the region by crafting long term, valuable relationships with our customers and channel partners. You will also partner with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Technical Assistance Center, Field Service, Sales team).You are acting as primary point of contact to Trojan’s customers, responding to their inquiries and identifying new business opportunities through the entire life-cycle of our customers.Travel approx 20%Your new challenge- Achieve sales targets through customer engagement, Value Selling, and funnel management, and proactive sales activities & cold calls
- Handle the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase order (PO)
- Promote new products and services to increase Aftermarket sales revenue, customer inquiry and quote follow-up, and lead 3rd party representatives and distribution network to optimize results.
- Support marketing campaigns across all our customer groups
- Experience in a technical (inside) B2B-sales environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German - A second Scandinavian language would be an asset.
- Knowledge of ERP (Baan), CRM (SFDC)
