Incoming Quality Inspector (m/f/d)

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a technician. In this role, you will do quality planning, analytics and documentation of initial samples and incoming inspection. You will create method of analysis, do root cause analysis in case of deviations, create complaints toward suppliers and evaluate suppliers 8D reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Incoming inspection according estabslished testing plans, if necessary using CMM measuring programs
• Ensure compliance with the established quality requirements, according to the testing plan and in case of non-compliance
• Identify, block and inform the team leader/coordinator and the supplier quality engineer regarding suspicious/non-conforming material , following the guidelines of the established procedures
• Perform physical control (and sorting if applicable) of non-conforming or suspicious material reported by engineers, quality auditors or production personnel
• Ensure segregation and non-delivery by blocking materials in the system
• Perform and document initial sample inspections of purchased and purchased parts, possibly using CMM measuring programs
• Create and edit supplier complaints, initiate corrective actions
  

Key Qualifications:

• Technical training or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in quality control
• Safe handling of MS Office and routine application of common quality management tools
• Programming of test equipment like CMM, GOM or Paro arm would be desirable
• Experience in QM SAP would be desirable
  

Additional Requirements:

• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
