YOUR TASKS

  • Processing of inquiries and tickets
  • User support and advice in first and second level support
  • Implementation of telephone support
  • Resetting passwords and performing user administration

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training in information technology, for example as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge or previous experience in common MS Office applications and the Windows environment
  • Good knowledge of German
  • A high degree of service orientation and communication skills as well as a structured way of working
