We are looking for a Head of Sales (m/f/x) to join our Team at LemonOne. In this role, you are responsible for leading the complete sales team and in charge of sales planning, strategy and management.

Tasks
  • You lead the sales department of currently 10 people
  • You participate in growing your team and hiring new team members (estimated to grow up to 30 in a year)
  • You build sales strategies with an understanding of the market and customers’ needs and expectations
  • You execute the target strategy in a data-driven way
  • You build and manage a successful sales funnel
  • You work hand in hand with the Management, directly report to the CEO
Requirements
  • You have a Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar
  • You are experienced in working in a fast-growing startup or a high-performance work environment as strategy consulting, investment banking, or (strategic) sales (6 years +)
  • You have more than 3 years of management experience (10+ people)
  • You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • You are a great team player and mentor with strong communication skills
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
