As the Head of Product - FarmLab, you are responsible for the full Product Development and Product Management of our flagship product - the FarmLab. The only accuracy-certified real-time soil sensing system currently on the market. You will report directly to the CTO/Co-Founder.

Tasks
  • You contribute to the long-term product vision, and our strategy to stay on the desired path
  • Manage complex and diverse inter-team communication and lead company-wide collaborations
  • You plan and prioritize the implementation of new features and maintain existing ones
  • You will own the product and will have full responsibility
  • You will optimize the FarmLab on an ongoing basis by following a customer-driven strategy
Requirements
  • You provide 3+ excellent experience in product management and development within the IoT industry
  • You already worked in a competitive environment (e.g. successful startup) and have brought a product from MVP to Production
  • You managed cross-functional (Engineering, Machine Learning, Soil, Agronomy) Teams with over 15 people
  • You are experienced in stakeholder management of a founders-led company
  • You work very data-driven and see yourself as an advocate for our users
  • You are self-driven with a “hands-on” approach
  • You are highly professional with utmost expectations towards yourself and your work
  • You are fluent in German and English and recognize the potential in your employees and actively promote them
  • You are comfortable in a start-up culture with high dynamics, fast processes, and clear deadlines, but you also have the ability to convince in a corporate environment
  • You have an Engineering or Scientific Degree and a proven sense of customer needs
