About the Position

For our venture aboDeinauto, which we founded together with the Baloise Group and with which we successfully launched on the market in 2020, we are looking for a Head of Finance (m/f/d) in Berlin as soon as possible.

At aboDeinauto, we use unused fleet inventory from the largest dealers so that we can offer our end customers maximum flexibility.
Our vision is to become the most cost-efficient subscription platform with the best user experience.

If you want to contribute your own ideas to build up our structures in the finance departments and think cost-efficiently at the same time, then this is the right place for you!

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the finance department.
  • You have already led a team and gained experience in helping to build up a department - great!
  • Have you also gained relevant knowledge in controlling and accounting? That’s great!
  • You are analytical and data-driven, very good!
  • We are a newly founded venture, and of course we all pitch in ourselves! Hands-on!
  • You speak business fluent German and English, all other languages are a plus.
Your tasks

  • You have the opportunity to build up our finance department and bring forward your own ideas.
  • In addition to process implementation, you will also ensure that we work cost-efficiently and optimise our cash flow.
  • You will lead the Treasury, Controlling, Accounting & Tax departments.
  • Together with the CEO and COO, you will be involved in fundraising (equity and debt).
  • You also support the management of our shareholders.
