TradeLink is our answer to our initial question of what the most exciting company in the world would look like. We are building the collaboration layer for one of the largest, most fragmented, and physically complex industries in the world and we are reinventing what B2B software looks like along the way together with people who simply love what they do. In the past 6 months, we ignited the network and grew x-fold on all exciting metrics (people, usage, partners) and recently closed our €12mn Series A led by Insight Partners and our existing investors Point Nine and Fly Ventures. As our Growth Product Manager (all genders) you will actively identify opportunities for product innovation, increased efficiencies, and outsized impact on our organization’s growth path to becoming Europe’s leading logistics collaboration platform. Join our team of technologists, entrepreneurs, and leaders with an eye for what’s next in the LogTech world.

Tasks

  • You accelerate our business outcomes by developing growth hypotheses and building growth experiments that drive our network flywheel effects
  • You are in charge of instrumenting user journeys, solving and optimizing existing friction, and building innovative products & features to speed up the growth of our business KPIs
  • You own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on unlocking a remarkable experience for our users
  • You drive strong decision marketing through quantitative results, A/B testing, qualitative research, and customer insights
  • You work at the intersection of our team of world-class product managers, engineers, analysts, sales, and customer success managers
  • You are familiar with no-code tools to build growth processes prototypes end-2-end to independently test our hypothesis
  • You are exceptionally good at project and stakeholder management, know how to organize yourself and others
  • You have a hypothesis and data-driven approach with a clear target set
Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience with product-led-growth at a reputable fast-moving company, initial supply chain or logistics knowledge is a clear plus
  • You have a hacky mentality and always question assumptions and the status quo, first experience in building a growth team in a SaaS business is a clear plus
  • You get energized by new challenges and describe yourself as an ambitious, positive-minded, and motivated person with a hands-on attitude to get things done
  • You crave immediate outcomes, and you prefer iterative progress over long-term bets
  • Data is your source of truth; you face day-to-day challenges with a highly data-driven and analytical approach
  • You have experience in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention with methods of A/B testing, optimizing notification delivery, or cohort testing
  • You familiarly use tools for analytics, data visualization, and optimization like PostHog, Amplitude, and MixPanel; besides skills in SQL to build your own queries and visualize them in tools like Metabase or Looker are desirable
  • You convince with stellar stakeholder management, precise communication, and project management
  • You have a degree from a reputable university, and you are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
