MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Basic knowledge and experience in accounting and/or controlling

• Basic knowledge in SAP FICO module and MS

• Office Applications specially Excel

• Fluent German and English language skills both written and spoken

• Communication skill required (feedback, presentation, respect, clarity)

• Proven working experience as Accounts Payable staff and solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

• International business travel required (10%)

Your tasks

• Provides a wide variety administrative support to the C.F.O. and to the department

• Supports other ad-hoc finance team project/reviews

• Accounting payable processing as per company’s policy / procedure using systems employed in Frankfurt’s all cost centers

• Controlling and supporting of Frankfurt service center (Business unit) budget management, cost accounting and closing report

• Liaison / deal with external parties (banks, credit card companies, public authorities, auditor etc)

• Fixed assets and IFRS 16 Lease data processing and management

• Communication with internal stake holders for support / advice of system use and internal policies related to finance

• Management of transaction with related parties (intercompany recharges, account receivables, invoicing etc)

• Monthly closing tasks

• Assist and support budget management and planning

• Assist and support internal control (ICFR) related requests
