At KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaAin Einbeck we are looking for an Expert (m/f/d) Corporate Controlling.This exciting position is a permanent position and available in full-time.The Expert Hub Group Controlling and Investment Controlling (EGI) supports Global Controlling in the development and implementation of operational group and investment Controlling. EGI designs and maintains the financial reporting management structure of the KWS Group according to the agreed governance model and the requirements of the executive board, segments/business units and related functions. It also ensures the availability of reliable, transparent and comparable management data for all consolidation levels.Your new challenge:
  • Consolidate, analyze and comment the corporate segment of the KWS Group and ensure data quality
  • Steer the group-wide planning and forecasting processes
  • Give advice to management and support decision making
  • Act as a key user for the reported data planning tool (SAP IP/BPC) and the consolidation system (SAP EC-CS)
  • Contribute in projects to strive for continuous improvements of concepts and processes
Your profile:
  • University degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar field
  • Several years of experience in the field of international financial controlling and/or finance
  • Good knowledge of IFRS accounting
  • Experience with relevant IT tools (MS Office and planning & reporting systems)
  • Ability to understand and consider interdependencies between different IT systems
  • S/4 HANA knowledge desirable
  • Outstanding analytical skills, solution orientation and the ability to work successfully in a complex organization
  • Good communication skills, willingness to collaborate and work in a team
  • Fluent English skills
