Entrepreneur in Residence (German&English required)

We’re a Berlin-based startup with the mission to create accessible and effective solutions for vital signs and mobile health measurement. With our technology we shape the future of digital health. We have been working in the digital health market since 2014, and have grown to include a team hailing from all over the world. We combine our strengths and skills to make KENKOU’s dream a reality: Revolutionizing mobile health and vital signs measurement.

Our global clients are digital health providers, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical players that understand the value of relevant vital signs for their clients and products.

This highly visible role will provide you with a unique opportunity to kick off your career.

What will you do?

• You will work directly with our managing directors to develop new market entry strategies in the German and international health industry and scale our online marketing and user acquisition
• You lead cross-functional projects together with the management and our product owner with high priority for the overall success of our company
• You analyze the success of pilot projects and campaigns and create reportings to support management in crucial decisions
• You take ownership of growth and performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our user relationships
• You support the day-to-day business with organizational and administrative tasks

What will you bring to the company?

• BA or MA degree with high academic achievements (preferably with a focus on economics, natural sciences, medicine or computer engineering)
• You already gained practical experience in a start-up, incubator, VC or consulting
• Your are fluent in German (this is a ‘must’), ideally on a native level combined with strong English skills both written and verbally
• You are curious about the startup scene and highly interested in the digital health industry
• you have a strong hands-on mentality and bring along a high level of commitment, result orientation and diligence
• You are consuming complex knowledge really quickly and communicating it in a simple, straight forward way. You are solving problems by being resourceful, no matter how long it takes.
• you have high analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and work structured and efficiently
• You can communicate very well both with external stakeholders and members of your team and and are not afraid to act independently and push ideas and projects
• You are able to work towards higher goals and see the big picture while dealing with challenges in detail if necessary
• you inspire the people around you and spread fun and positivity
