What You Will Do

• Work on exciting initiatives like:

  • A unified data infrastructure (property, market, and transaction data)

  • An event-driven architecture

  • Prediction models to optimize the sales funnel

  • Creating a data-centric organization

  • Tools that delight our customers including property valuation and telesales

• Empower talented people to collaborate as a team exercising their full autonomy
• Drive your domain practice (methodology, quality, staff skill sets & technology)
• Contribute to the company’s strategy and providing clear objectives to your team
• Grow your team by making hiring decisions, onboarding new members, and by motivating and developing your team members
• Nurture technical product evolution
• Enable collaboration with other teams within and outside the company

What You Bring

• Operational experience working with teams in delegation and prioritization
• Good people skills, ability to coach engineers, and experience in handling conflict
• Proven experience delivering, maintaining, and improving software systems especially using cloud-based infrastructures like AWS or Google Cloud
• A pragmatic drive for simple and sustainable solutions with bias towards action and a can-do attitude
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Fluency in written and spoken English
