In this position you develop leading edge wafer technologies for power automotive applications.

In your new role you will:

Developingof innovative and cost-effective technology process conceptsfor the realization of electrical components
Analyse of NVM concepts; work plan design, experiment planning and execution;
Cross-site and cross-divisional cooperationwith other development groups
Development and analysis of BCDprocesses
Cooperation with foundries worldwide
Development of test concepts for process control

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor/Masteror PhD in semiconductor physics, electrical engineering or chemistry
First experiencein the field of semiconductor technology or related sciences
Knowledge of device physics and/or NVM technologies an advantage
Very good German and English
Enjoy organizing and moderating teams
