Job Description

Our Installation Team is looking for a motivated and tech- savvy engineer with immediate effect.

As part of the tado° Installation team, you will be at the interface between development customers and support. Your daily responsibilities would include:

• Serving as technical expert in the heating systems domain, with a strong focus on product development UX
• Problem solving complex technical issues in cooperation with the technical customer support team
• Maintaining and developing the company’s internal HVAC system database
• Creating and enhancing customised installation instructions for tado° products
• Consulting Sales and Marketing teams about tado°s compatibility with different heating solutions

Requirements

• You have a technical academic degree in engineering (B.Eng/M.Eng or equivalent) and knowledge about energy heating systems
• You have full working proficiency in English, proficiency in German is a plus
• You are well organised, self-managed, have a good eye for detail and strong sense for customer-oriented communication
• You are interested in working on the frontier of smart homes and green technologies
