What The Job Looks Like

Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
  • Driving the planning, co-ordination and management of digital projects (including business case, budgeting, resources, etc.) across business, IT and third parties
  • Achieving projects deliverables and ensure high quality standards
  • Identifying potential issues and alternative solutions and bringing digitalization ideas to the next level by exploring, evaluating, and prioritizing digital opportunities based on user needs, business context, technical feasibility and other characteristic
  • Being the champion for novel ideas and mobilize the organization to operate more efficiently through digitalization
  • Being ambassador of digitalization supporting and organizing user trainings regarding processes, software, interfaces, workflows, etc. to ensure that new technologies become part of the standard work

What You´ll Bring To The Table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
  • You have a master degree in science
  • You have a proven track record in project management of digital solution implementation in manufacturing, supply chain, or quality (QA/QC)
  • You have gained comprehensive business process knowledge in the field of life science industry (GXP)
  • You have strong IT and business foundation
  • You are able to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to challenge ideas in a cross-cultural work environment
  • You are fluent in business English (oral and written), additional capabilities in German, Spanish and/or Italian language skills are beneficial
  • You have hands-on expertise in SAP/ECC/ERP-application and/or robotic implementation in manufacturing and/or data analytics
  • You are passionate for digital technologies
  • Knowledge of lean and six sigma principles is beneficial
  • Travel requirement: approximately 20%
