Responsibilities:
- Deliver sustainable and profitable growth by driving LS&CO and partner KPIs.
- Ensure Cross-functional account partnerships and that product, marketing, finance, operations align & deliver a premium brand experience in all accounts, all the time.
- Participate in international sales and collection meetings.
- Generate reports, forecasts, markets, and product analysis.
- Create a dedicated Assortment and sell it via our Digital Sell in Tool as well as during Physical Sell in Meetings.
- Ensure strategic account and marketing plans are brought to life.
- Lead digital excellence strategy and execution with our wholesale partners to ensure marketplace standards are elevated, consistent and in line with Levi’s® expectations.
- Oversee account budget which you will create with your Sales Manager and Digital Sales Director.
- Own all client specific KPI’s and challenge the client to constantly improve collaboration based on KPIs in the interest of Levi’s.
- Negotiation of annual terms and conditions and ensure a positive and commercially partnership together with the Strategic Sales Manager as well as in alignment with the entire Sales Digital team.
Must have:
5yrs+ experience in wholesale, ideally part of that with .com accounts.
Previous management of big accounts
Ability to effectively collaborate, partner and influence to drive mutual profitable results.
Ability to communicate effectively - fluent English, German is a plus.
Proven ability to grow a business effectively and run a P&L.
Strong analytical and communication as well as very good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are the key to success.
