Digital HR Project Manager – SuccessFactors

Location: Stuttgart Area

Salary: Up to €75,000

Keylime Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a industry-leading organisation in Germany and we are looking for a Digital HR Project Manager to lead a number of upcoming projects, including the implementation of SuccessFactors.

This is a permanent role, reporting into the Head of HR Operations and offering up to around €75,000. The new Digital HR Project Manager will be ideally based in the Stuttgart area to be able to visit the office at least once a week.

As a Digital HR Project Manager you will act as the main point of contact across the business for any Digital HR matters and projects, including the implementation of SuccessFactors for both HR and Payroll, in collaboration with external Consultants and the IT department. You will be responsible for analysing and collecting business requirements, design new business processes, guide the end-to-end implementation, including testing and user training. You will also be responsible for the implementation of new Time and Travel Management systems across the business.

Digital HR Project Manager – SuccessFactors – Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Project Manager or Business Analyst role within an HR function
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end HR processes and exposure to German labour law
  • Ideally, experience of leading the implementation of new HR technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Oracle HCM or similar
  • Willingness to combine existing HR skills with a keen interest in technology to aid HR digitalisation within the organisation
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must
