contract: full-time, start date: as soon as possible, prefered location: Leipzig, (another German location/ remote is an option)

The role

• You design, create and maintain deployment processes/scripts and make use of development tools for Continuous Integration (CI) or Continuous Delivery (CD)
• You integrate automated tests for security, governance and other non-functional requirements to ensure high quality over all our developed applications.
• You find solutions for a reliable and stable deployment process for our cloud-based microservices together with the development teams
• You support and further develop our ALM platform Azure DevOps and tool chain together with other DevOps engineers
• You oversee our cloud resource management and provide Grafana dashboards or alerts for e.g. the budget management
• Due to your interface position, you are called and qualified to further develop agile methods of software development in the company in order to improve operational processes
  
  

Your Working Experience

What we need to see from you

• 5+ years experience as a Developer or Sys Admin in an agile environment
  
  

Kowledge & Certifications

• Provisioning and administration of infrastructure for deployment, monitoring and test automation as well as with software development lifecycles in general
• Comfortable with frequent, incremental code build, testing and deployment
• automation skills (tool agnostic) and a strong grasp of automation tools
• Always looking for simple solutions for configuration and automation management, health checks, single point of failure, notifications etc.
• Familiar with one of these: Azure DevOps, Git, C#, Docker or with these: Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Salt and Nginx
• Strong operational experiences in Windows/Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages: PowerShell, Shell, Perl, Python.
• Experiences with Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS platform in a production environment are a plus

• You have good English and German language skills in speaking, reading and writing
