RESPONSIBILITIES

Our unit Agricultural Solutions is on the path of digital transformation. As our Data Steward, you are coordinating and supporting the resolution of data related business questions within your responsibility area of the Data Squad for customer data systems to contribute to the overall sprint planning targets.
You assist the Global Data Stewardship Squad Lead in the area of customer data by coordinating and defining sprint planning, refinement and reviewing of tasks.
You support the prioritization of the backlog considering timelines and deliverables by applying agile working principles.
You understand and translate business goals with regards to customer data topics and serve as a source of contact and information for the organization.
You identify and steer relevant stakeholders who know the data content details and coordinate the resolution of data related business questions.
You support the creation of data transparency and clarity on customer data by applying conceptional data models, taxonomies, glossaries and ontologies.
You define a data framework with standards, guidelines, policies around customer data including data quality management.
Support and guide the implementation of a holistic customer data life-cycle management across applications and functions and provide data catalog structure on customer data and related materials.
QUALIFICATIONS

background in business or IT-related field (e.g. business informatics)
good understanding of customer related topics like hierarchy, data management privacy topics
experience in customer data and data management systems
knowledge of relevant data standards, data models and formats as well as reference and master data management
experience in agile leadership of advantage
strong organizational and problem-solving skills
effective communicator and initial point of contact for customer data related questions
business fluent English and German in speech and writing
