We are currently looking for further support for our sales in the role of Data Analyst for
Customer Analytics (m/w/d). As part of the Customer Analytics team, you develop a deep and holistic understanding of the customer using various parameters and key figures (potential, sales, performance, competition, etc.) to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals and to continue on the growth path. Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for aggregating and linking different data and data sources at the customer level.
  • From the multidimensional data you develop target images for our sales and key

stakeholders.

  • You use the data to identify new growth areas and make us even more successful.
  • You create visualisations and control essential parameters to process and

simultaneously reduce to the essential.

  • Based on your analyses, you create a deep knowledge transfer in which you bring

together sales, service and customer perspective.

  • You take responsibility for performance and B2B marketing dashboards.
  • You are an important input and sparring partner for our diverse analysis and BI teams.

Requirements:

  • Sharp knowledge of data structures and databases (MySQL).
  • Successfully completed studies in Computer Science and Mathematics, Physics Business informatics, or comparable training.
  • Ability to translate complex results and insights into Business Language.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in Python, SQL, and SalesForce.
  • 2 years of professional experience with visualisation platforms Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of data with absolute will to make the company and people more successful.
