snapADDY strives to be the world’s leading and first company to automatically keep CRM systems up to date and to offer the best and fastest way to capture contacts. We are looking for dedicated team players for the role as Customer-Success manager
Your daily doing will involve
- Your customers´ success and happiness are your most important motivational drivers
- You build trusting and successful customer relationships which includes implementation, adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction management
- By introducing them to our products and features, you establish a trusted advisor relationship with each customer
- You identify individual needs, conduct regular feedback sessions with existing customers and look for the best possible solution to make them even more successful
- By monitoring open issues and providing customer feedback to IT, marketing, and sales, you serve as the voice of customers internally
- You will conduct regular inhouse user training sessions (webinars) as well as individual training sessions at the customers premises
- You will support our new and existing customers with the system integration of our software with their CRM systems
Your profile
- You are driven, self-motivated and with a bias for action
- You have got a passion for technology and are enthusiastic about digital solutions
- You have a firm grasp on SaaS sales and CS best practices
- You are an organizational talent and always keep track of your prioritized tasks
- You are completely comfortable with a stack of online tools (CRM systems like Salesforce or MS Dynamics, Zenhub/Github, Intercom, etc.)
- Native-level spoken and written German and very good English skills
- You are capable to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- JSON or Javascript knowledge (basics only) is very much appreciated (or basic programming skills in any language)
