As a Manager (part-time, initially limited to 2 years) in the Customer & Market Insights team, you will be our competitor intelligence expert and work with us on research strategies for our internal customers to answer a wide range of questions.Your impact
- Bringing our purpose “we create living spaces for generations to come” to life
- Enabling key internal stakeholders to take strategic and operational decisions based on relevant data and market feedback contributing to customer orientation
- You will be the main point of contact when it comes to analyzing the competitor landscape, enhancing our pursuit of knowledge from raw information, challenging ourselves to shape market intelligence and more easily predict changes and disruptive factors. You will analyse commercial competitor data and condense them into comprehensive competitor profiles
- As a Customer & Market Expert you will support core processes and projects, the strategy department and the executive board by providing customer insights based on qualitative and quantitative market research
- Gaining insights from market statistics and market volumes from secondary research will be a major part of your job
- For assessing implications on the Viessmann Group you will prepare management summaries including actionable recommendations to ensure the research results are used in the best way
- You are end-to-end responsible for conducting market research studies in cooperation with requesting departments. Selecting and working closely with external providers is part of your business
As an ambitious team player, you are particularly suited for this task. You are used to working independently, solution-oriented and analytically. In addition to your enthusiasm for market research topics, we expect you to have good academic achievements.
- Work experience in the field of primary (B2B and B2C) and secondary market research in an international context
- With your study in Business Economics, Market Research, Marketing or Psychology you are prepared for your new tasks at Viessmann
- A very good handling of numbers, confident with spreadsheets and presentations is therefore essential
- A high level of communication and autonomic work is required
- Fluent business German, English and ideally French, Italian or Spanish makes you a insightful partner for our international colleagues
