Business Area

Global Financing & Advisory (F&A) combines financing and advisory expertise in an integrated product platform. The broad range of structured transactions in financing activities includes advising our corporate customers and delivering a wide range of funding solutions, from plain-vanilla lending to sophisticated structured finance solutions and ultimately providing access to debt and equity capital markets.

  • The term Financial Sponsors Solutions (FSS) refers to private equity firms that manage a pool of capital to invest in companies usually in a control role. Within the F&A line, FSS has the mission to support the Product Line Head of “Global Financing and Advisory” in the guidance and coordination of coverage responsibility for all Private Equity/Financial Sponsor companies, of all lending-related business within the Group to companies controlled by Private Equity/Financial Sponsors companies.
  • Corporate Structured Finance (CSF) represents UniCredit CIB’s product factory dedicated to structuring and execution of complex corporate financing solutions (corporate acquisitions, bridge facilities and syndicated loans) in all industries.
  • Corporate Finance Advisory (CFA) is responsible for the Group-wide steering and coordination of all Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions and respective advisory services for the whole UniCredit client base with focus on UniCredit’s core countries Austria, Germany, Italy and CEE.
  • Equity Capital Markets (ECM) offers equity and equity-linked products and originates, syndicates and executes cash equity and equity-linked transactions.
  • Debt Origination acts as entry gate for issuers to UniCredit’s capital markets network, originating and structuring the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) products for Corporates, Financial Institutions and Public Sector Issuers. It includes the origination and the related advisory for – but not limited to – bonds, (structured) private placements, promissory loans, securitized products, funded capital/balance sheet solutions and related liability management exercises.
  • Capital Structure Advisory (CSA) is responsible for the structuring and execution of corporate acquisition financing transactions for all Italian corporate clients managed by CIB Italy and the network Italy cooperating with other CIB Division functions in order to boost cross selling opportunities.
  • Infrastructure & Power Project Finance (IPPF) supports the Product Line Head in the guidance and coordination of Project Finance and long-term financing infrastructure-related projects for Infrastructure and Power clients within the Group.


Requisiti


What do we expect from you?

  • Relevant work/internshipexperience preferably related to leveraged finance/corporate lending/structured finance/credit analysis
  • Excellent university degree and academic records
  • Relevant internationalexperience
  • Full timeavailability from October 2021 onwards
  • Availability for international mobility
  • Confidence to take on early responsibility
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of an addidtional languagesis a plus.
