Your tasks:

  • Being responsible for the yearly planning process and monthly rolling forecast
  • Support the monthly reporting activities
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • Further develop the current planning process and conduct global trainings
  • Support initiatives and projects targeted at financial process improvements and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company’s objectives in the areas of planning, reporting and analysis
  • Preparation and post-processing of Board Meetings, Division Board meetings (presentation, documents, etc.)
  • Consolidation and preparation of content for international top management meetings, as well as meetings with managers from countries and regions; compile, assimilate and prepare documents for the CFO and the Board meetings as requested
  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CFO and internal Business Units and Functional Unit departments
Your profile:

  • Graduate qualification in economics, business administration, information systems, or proven experiences
  • Several years of working experience in the controlling division of an industrial company ideally int the logistics, accounting or controlling sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-cultural &-national environment
  • Good practical experience in the SAP BW/ SAP BPC / SAC are beneficial
  • Flexible, highly motivated and service-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and results-oriented
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Spoken German is advantage
