THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:


  • You are responsible for generating and reporting timely and accurate financial and non-financial data to all relevant stakeholders, as well as ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
  • You plan and conduct budgets, year-end estimates and review processes accurately and thoroughly as requested and in compliance with timelines and requirements
  • You ensure proactive analysis of plan and performance deviations. This includes identifying, developing and communicating corrective actions, as well as influencing key decision makers, managing and tracking progress

  • You develop and deliver sound, decision-relevant data analysis for the business partner. Besides, you are responsible for the identification of risks, risk mitigation and opportunities. Following this, you provide conclusions and recommendations for the management to ensure the achievement of objectives

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:


  • University degree in finance
  • More than 6 years of experience, previous experience in R&D Controlling is an advantage
  • High analytical skills as well as pronounced communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of relevant tools like MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) as well as German
  • Eenthusiastic team player with bias for action and a strong work ethic
  • Strong focus on solutions and desire to achieve excellence
