For our client , a large player in the Social Media , we are currently hiring a Content Curation Manager (f/m/d) for Berlin.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and drive editorial strategy and operational models
  • Be expert at how to identify online trends and creators, including emerging memes and cultural conversations
  • Partner with our product teams to develop and fine-tune products, enhance user experience, and improve internal tools. Identify and apply best practices within and across teams
  • Develop strong cultural knowledge across content verticals
  • Identify new resources and solutions that increase the team’s effectiveness
  • Create solutions that will allow the team’s processes to scale
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners across cross functional teams including Partnerships, Policy and Legal

Your skills:

  • BA/BS with years’ experience within media or publishing and creating processes at both strategic and operational levels
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with a complex network of global internal stakeholders across product, partnerships and other ops teams
  • Experience launching or driving editorial vision for major pivots on a product
  • Experience in digital video content production, editorial/publishing, or creator/influencer talent
  • Deep familiarity with young adult and Gen Z entertainment trends and youth culture, particularly within Germany
  • Understanding of the media legal and policy landscape in Germany
  • Fluency in German and English
