Communications Manager for Product Marketing (m/f/d)

• Work with Group Sales and Marketing departments, business units and local entities to identify marketing content needed to improve customer relationships and business results
• Coordinate content creation efforts across departments to streamline processes and leverage content across channels and regions
• Identify best practices that can be translated and applied in other areas
• Build, prioritize, and manage promotional material to effectively support marketing campaigns, product launch campaigns and content marketing initiatives
• Manage a network of agencies, designers, copywriters etc. to create marcom content needed including video content, imagery, layouts, brochures, and web ready content
• Manage content update processes across regions (Zones) and countries
• Project and campaign management
• Creation of executive presentations and slide decks
• Support external communication and media activities

Expertise:

• Experience in marketing complex, technical products to a B2B audience (5+ years)
• Experience in managing content creation for a wide range of marketing formats and channels including SEO-ready website content (5+ years)
• Experience in managing agencies and freelancers (5+ years)
• Experience in working in an international, fast paced environment
• Affintity to digital marketing and new tools and technologies
• Knowledge of elevator and escalator market or similar industry
• Strong customer orientation – ability to listen to customers and stakeholders and understand their needs

• Ability to structure complex, technical information and translate technical characteristics in customer benefits.
• Conceptual marketing knowledge
• Very good communication skills
• Strong team player able to work in a multi-cultural environment and across various organization levels
• Basic design and copywriting skills
• Good knowledge of Adobe CC
• Proficient use of PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic HTML skills

Languages:

• Clear and concise written and oral communication in English
• One language other than English is expected; anything on top is a strong

Education:

• University degree in marketing, communications or other
