Your responsibilities

• You form the interface to the accounting department and other central functions.
• You are routinely responsible for our ordering and purchasing process, liaise with the responsible project managers and the central purchasing department and hold discussions with suppliers.
• You are responsible for our invoicing and check incoming invoices.
• You will be responsible for contract controlling (direct marketing, media (electricity, gas, water), operational management and service contracts).
• You will support the development and establishment of warehousing processes.

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business degree and have several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the field of renewable energies.
• We expect you to have sound IT skills in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• You are open to new ideas and strong in structure and organisation.
• You are a strong communicator in German and English and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
• You enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics independently and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with regard to varying subject areas.
• You already have experience in working with different stakeholders and communicating in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
