WHO WE ARE

We are one out of four Account Management teams within ZMS Creative. Our team is specialized in working with Women & Sports brands. We are helping them to achieve long-term marketing success by offering tailored solutions. We drive and implement high level creative brand and influencer marketing campaigns, working with the top fashion brands. We are steering the campaigns/marketing projects from the briefing and strategic approach until delivery of the Assets. Our competitive advantage is an extensive knowledge of, and unique integration within, Zalando.

As part of Zalando Marketing Services, ZMS Creative is a Zalando in-house agency which specializes in building strategic creative and influencer marketing solutions at scale for brand partners. Our mission is that "we drive our brands forward with inspiring stories, powered by data". Thus, we are looking for a proactive Intern to support us to manage and deliver successful strategic campaigns on behalf of top fashion brands hand-in-hand with ZMS Creative Account Managers.

WHAT YOU DO

As an Intern in Account Management you support the account manager with dedicated projects/campaigns/tasks in the area of fashion Specialties - Woman & Sports brands. You take ownership of defined work packages and operational tasks in the Preparation, Execution and Monitoring Phase.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Support the account manager to manage influencer marketing campaigns and creative projects, resulting in successful campaigns and on-time delivery
  • Operational influencer marketing campaign support such as:

    • Screening & Onboarding influencers
    • Sample sourcing & shipping
    • Reports & documentation of campaign progress
    • Organization of shootings/events

  • Operational Creative campaign support such as:

    • Sample sourcing
    • Orders & Styling Asset quality assurance
    • Coordination of Landing pages content upload
    • Monitor campaign execution and performance in order to optimize campaign strategies, content delivery, internal processes and develop new approaches

  • Collaborate with multiple teams e.g. Account Management, Production, Creative, Design, AdOperations, & Partner Consultancy in order to understand brand needs and support in the planning, executing and reporting stages of campaign management.
  • Actively provide feedback & suggest improvements to processes & products
  • Encompass an inclusive culture and team environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • First experiences with campaign/project management within Online Marketing, preferably at a leading advertising or influencer marketing agency, publisher or e-Commerce company is a plus
  • High interest in the fashion industry, especially Nike
  • Strong market and social media understanding with the ability to spot upcoming trends
  • Good knowledge about the digital marketing landscape, including influencer marketing and media KPIs, and their interpretation.
  • You are organized, know how to prioritize and manage workloads across multiple campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team and open to continuous change
  • Hands-on mentality and thriving to find the best solution in the shortest possible time. Stays cool and calm in stressful situations.
  • Passionate about promoting inclusive culture practices and processes that are models for others
  • Fluent English
