Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and support projects around new business areas (e-mobility, heating) that develop new products/services and integrate these into the business
  • Evaluate new developments and trends regarding the future of energy and identify innovative business opportunities to further expand the sonnen home energy product offering
  • Collaborate with internal & external partners in driving new business ideas with particular focus on e-mobility and heating
  • Identification and assessment of new business opportunities with the innovation and product management team
  • Work closely with business functions to create innovative products and services in the home energy space
  • Support Central Intelligence Hub in analyzing market, competitor and customer trends to extract important business insights related to on-going innovation projects

Your profile:

  • A university degree and professional experience (ideally related to e-mobility or heating) in strategic functions, consulting, project management, product management, business development or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, research and creative problem-solving skills to holistically understand, evaluate and develop new business ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
  • Experience in defining business strategies and new business models for innovative consumer products, ideally within the energy or residential sector is preferred
  • Product management experience also covering new service & digital business models (e.g. subscription models, SaaS, platforms) is a plus
  • Strong English and German language skills
  • Be excited and motivated to transform the energy sector
