Our Global CRM Solutions Team is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Our goal is to standardize our regional CRM products to an ONE Template solution and to implement a new Salesforce Automotive standard for Mercedes-Benz.


Our topics run on highly innovative Salesforce technology. We are a highly motivated and very young team of different nationalities. We love digital technologies, data and of course our customers! We maintain an uncomplicated and open way of working with each other. Our topics are global by nature and require intense networking and collaboration with various departments across the world. We work in hybrid mode in the office in Stuttgart-Vaihingen and in the home office.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You get an expert on the Salesforce Auto Cloud product and have a clear picture what ONE Template means for Mercedes-Benz as a standardized solution
  • You understand CRM from an enterprise perspective and have a clear strategy
  • You define a business architecture and a roadmap for ONE Template on portfolio level and develop it further
  • You will take over the End-2-End responsibility for several topic clusters within our project
  • You are part of the agile team following the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology
  • You liaise with the business stakeholders in all channels (Mercedes-Benz Mobility, Customer Assistance Center, Customer Service, our regions, wholesale, retail, e-commerce partners, etc..) to understand their business strategy and business requirements
  • In understanding this you translate various requirements in concrete demands to fulfill the goal of a standardized ONE Template
  • You play a major role in the complex stakeholder management (Business and IT)
  • You conduct reviews, gives guidance and concrete input to IT counter part and assures delivery of demands in regards to the target picture

Qualifikationen

What you bring to the table:


  • You are a Master in Marketing / IT (“Wirtschaftsinformatik”) or comparable
  • You are a CRM specialist
  • You understand the business architecture and you are able to define an agile strategy / vision
  • You develop a roadmap based on a global CRM target picture
  • You are highly experienced in implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions (preferable you have a Salesforce Admin certificate)
  • You have a good knowledge of IT and Salesforce architecture
  • You have a profound knowledge of sales and marketing processes
  • You have certain knowledge of legal, data protection and cloud risk processes
  • You have a very good ability to connect and identify key stakeholders for respective topic clusters
  • You have very good presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, high interpersonal skills and you feel comfortable mastering the complex stakeholder management
  • You are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • You have drive and desire to learn and grow both, your technical and your functional skill set
  • You speak fluently English
