My duties

  • Translate business needs: create diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements and associated deliverables of the project
  • Facilitate communication at a project team level in order to create consensus on scope, design and implementation decisions
  • Ensure meetings are captured and translated into deliverable actions and owners
  • Lead project related communications at all levels
  • Drive delivery: ensure the project team stays on track to deliver milestones on time and ensure stakeholders are updated accordingly
  • Proactively identify risks / issues that might affect project teams overall health
  • When the program/project manager is out of office, act as a single point of contact for all project related items and queries

My qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business
  • Fluent in both German and English - written and oral
  • Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Expertise in conceptual modelling, ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements within a project realm
  • Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics
  • Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment with colleagues across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work remotely as required and stay focused on deliverables and milestones
  • Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance
  • Independent and proactive working method and a high-quality standard
  • Flexibility for moving between different requirements in a timely manner
  • A desire to learn and develop oneself
