Job Summary:
As an Associate Business Development Representative, you will assist the sales team in achieving their goals by engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales process through daily outbound and inbound lead generation, nurturing prospects and sourcing opportunities with thorough qualification.
This exciting entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Engagement/Nurture: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights to the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure a seamless prospect experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is ideal but not required
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Languages: German - Mother tongue, English - High proficiency
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences at a senior level.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
