Overview:

– Ensure the achievement of customer-specific objectives;

– Ensure the execution of all quality-relevant activities within the customer project and representation to the customer;

– Secure change management and support series production to achieve best customer satisfaction during lifetime of products;

– Focus on parts localization, and the new components development and responsible for components quality during project developing and support plant and global components quality escalation topics from suppliers.

– Ensure of fulfilling PPAP documentation under consideration of customer requirements and VDA/AIAG requirements

Main Responsibilities:

1. Verification of customer contracts and supply specifications with regards to quality-related contents (SOW)

2. Execution and control of all quality planning tasks in the development phase and/or changes in the series of the products

3. Execution of the customer advanced product quality planning (APQP)

4. Ensure the risk assessment and deduction by appropriate quality assurance measures

5. Support of the plant quality function in the event of relocation under consideration of costs/resources objectives

6. Coordinate and conduct feasibility study and close open points on time

7. Check, confirm and release gauge concept; Align measurement concept with suppliers

8. Finish quality gate according to project timing frame

9. Coordinate PPAP submission to customer within supplier PPAP and release accurately in System

10. Take responsibility and support cross functional team for supplier issues and complaints

Requirements:

1. Education background: Engineering bachelor’s degree above

2. Working experience: at least 3 years’ working experience in project quality or quality assurance field in automotive industry, familiar with APQP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC software preferred, VDA 2; Ishikawa, 5WHY

3. Personality and soft skills: high motivation, willing to learn, teamwork, logical thinking, pressure containment, with strong communication skills

4. Fluent in English at least good in customer language

5. Able to work in a multicultural and international environment

6. Other special requirements: Willing to travel
