Our customer is a global immunology company committed to improving the lives of people suffering from severe autoimmune diseases and cancer.
For the Region Berlin-Leipzig-Dresden we are looking for an innovative and creative Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to complete the team.
Description/ Role
- In your role as a Key Account Manager Rare Disease (m/f/d) you promote safe and effective use of the company´ s product, in accordance with the product label to ensure that the benefits and long-term value of the product is fully understood
- You develop, own, and drive territory and account plan, including customer targeting, in line with country strategy and in partnership with the Medical Affairs team
- You achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs, including sales and volume targets
- Furthermore you perform detailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify, assess, and develop relevant centres for diagnosis and treatment
- You ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner by collaborating with internal stakeholders (commercial, supply chain, and compliance) and external stakeholders
- You establish and maintain contact with key customers and provide commercial and scientific services to ensure access at site of care, and that logistics are in place to administer product
- You represent the company at local and national events and congresses
- Moreover your are responsible for timely and accurate reporting and continuous diligent maintenance of the CRM database
Your Qualifications
- You have 8-10 years field experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals industry, experience in rare disease and a good understanding of rare disease networks
- You are aware of relevant health care policies, commercial processes, legal and compliance regulations
- You have a high degree of learning agility to learn/understand product administration and neuromuscular diseases
- You are a connector, building relationships and partnering inside and outside the company in order to achieve the individual and team goals
- You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly accountable environment
- You are pragmatic, yet creative and innovative and lead while "rolling up your sleeves" to get it done
- You have the ability to travel within a larger territory designed for the promotion of orphan drugs
