General DescriptionIn your role as (Junior) PR and Social Media Manager (m/f/d) you will support the creation and implementation of aspirational creative communication strategies to increase brand awareness among the next generation of travellers and beyond.
Your Role
- Develop compelling written content for various channels and inspire different audiences (journalists, followers, and customers)
- Develop and execute PR stories, press releases, founder profiling opportunities, events, and partnership opportunities
- Manage Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
- Be responsible for Social Media Community Management
- Build and maintain national and international media relations (fashion, lifestyle, travel, design, corporate) as well as partner relations
- Control, evaluate, and optimise activities based on KPIs
- Work closely with the team leads, editorial lead, Creative as well as Performance Marketing, BI/growth analytic
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in PR, Social Media and/or Brand Communications; experience in a brand environment and/or startup/e-commerce/retail is a plus
- You have profound knowledge in managing various Social Media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (and others)
- You have strong knowledge of the consumer media landscape in Europe – ideally, you have an established journalist network
- You are truly creative with excellent writing and communication skills and have a strong sense of visual aesthetics
- You are a problem solver with a strategic and analytical mindset
- You have an eye for trends
- You are a team player, like to take the initiative and enjoy working independently
- You thrive in a dynamic fast-past environment
- You are fluent in English and German
