General Description

In your role as (Junior) PR and Social Media Manager (m/f/d) you will support the creation and implementation of aspirational creative communication strategies to increase brand awareness among the next generation of travellers and beyond.

Your Role

  • Develop compelling written content for various channels and inspire different audiences (journalists, followers, and customers)
  • Develop and execute PR stories, press releases, founder profiling opportunities, events, and partnership opportunities
  • Manage Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Be responsible for Social Media Community Management
  • Build and maintain national and international media relations (fashion, lifestyle, travel, design, corporate) as well as partner relations
  • Control, evaluate, and optimise activities based on KPIs
  • Work closely with the team leads, editorial lead, Creative as well as Performance Marketing, BI/growth analytic
Your Skills & Experience

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in PR, Social Media and/or Brand Communications; experience in a brand environment and/or startup/e-commerce/retail is a plus
  • You have profound knowledge in managing various Social Media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (and others)
  • You have strong knowledge of the consumer media landscape in Europe – ideally, you have an established journalist network
  • You are truly creative with excellent writing and communication skills and have a strong sense of visual aesthetics
  • You are a problem solver with a strategic and analytical mindset
  • You have an eye for trends
  • You are a team player, like to take the initiative and enjoy working independently
  • You thrive in a dynamic fast-past environment
  • You are fluent in English and German
