Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt unsere HR-Managerin im Tagesgeschäft und in Projekten
  • Du übernimmst eigene Verantwortungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Du prüfst Bewerbungsunterlagen, führst erste Interviews und übernimmst die Verantwortung in der Talent Acquisition
  • Du erhältst eine individuelle Einarbeitung sowie vielseitige Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Qualifikation
  • Du befindest dich in den letzten Zügen deines Studiums, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
  • Alternativ hast du dein Studium bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bist nun auf der Suche nach einem Jobeinstieg im Human Resource Department
  • Du bist offen, kommunikativ und motiviert
  • Du bist organisiert und arbeitest selbstständig
  • Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
