Your mission
  • Manage initiatives to improve or build new data products across data science and data engineering in the field of real estate
  • Analyze, conceptualize, and prioritize data requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional product teams
  • Work closely with data engineers and scientists to amplify the capabilities of our data platform
  • Establish an analytics community that encourages the exchange of knowledge and insights between power users and analysts
  • Create, refine, and enhance PowerBI dashboards that empower more informed decision-making across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with essential internal partners in finance and various business units to ensure the establishment of comprehensive data governance and universally accepted KPI standards
Your profile
  • A degree in Computer Science, eCommerce, or another technical field
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience, ideally in technical product management or a related area
  • Proficiency in both product and project management, with a track record of bringing innovative ideas to life
  • Experience collaborating within agile methodologies and practices, such as SCRUM, Kanban, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a knack for understanding and addressing stakeholder needs
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Python, SQL, and Airflow, or a strong desire to learn and apply new technical skills
  • Effective fluency in spoken and written English; Basic proficiency in German would be a plus
