DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You are responsible for the implementation of strategic CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty
- You support stakeholders in collecting assets for promotional emails
- You understand basic requirements for targeting and segmentation
- You set up promotional emails using internal email tools and providing relevant reports on email performance
- You work with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have first years of experience in CRM management
- You have a basic understanding of email marketing tools and concepts - Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- You are business fluent in English and German
- You have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- You have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team
