Your tasks will involve:
  • Development of Java applications for data processing
  • Deployment of applications in the cloud using container technology
  • Design of scalable data processing and storage architectures for the cloud
  • Working with the technical management team in shaping the software architecture of Cerabyte’s system
Required experience:
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with Java
  • 2+ years of experience designing and querying relational databases (eg. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Familiarity with deploying applications as docker containers.
  • Experience in designing applications for AWS.
  • Ability to design and deploy Restful APIs
  • Knowledge of GIT version control
  • Fluency in English


Nice to have:
  • A degree in computer science
  • Experience designing and building distributed systems in the cloud
  • Experience with S3 storage technology and nonrelational databases
  • AWS Certification (AWS Architect, Developer, etc.)
  • B2 German
