Working Student New Business Screening (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • You provide administrative support in new customer business
  • You organise and monitor administrative tasks
  • Responsible of the screenings of new calls for tenders
  • In charge of monitoring internal voting processes
  • Reconciliation of processes with supervisors
  • Manage and update various company documents for tender applications (e.g., excerpts from commercial registers)

Your Profile

  • Comfortable in using common MS Office applications
  • You work in a well-organized and committed manner
  • Willingness to work and time flexibility
  • Good English level is required, German is a plus
  • Eager to learn
