About the role
This role provides an opportunity to work in an exciting international setting. You will collaborate with a highly motivated team and you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor market in area the Sales & Marketing.
What you will do
  • Hosting and moderating online sales trainings (weekly, twice per day)
  • Maintaining sales training schedule, reporting and respective internal communication
  • Nexperia Academy update with the latest trainings, reporting
  • Support of annual customer survey activities: data collection, analysis, follow up actions tracking
  • Automation of customer survey summaries generation per customer/customer and market segment
  • Sales SharePoint maintenance (incl. permissions and programming)
  • Close cooperation with regional Sales organizations and respective stakeholders
What you will need
  • Education in any of high-tech related areas (Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, etc. ), Communications or HR
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of data processing tools/techniques
  • Experience of working with databases and big amounts of data
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, programming is a plus
  • Experience with remote Learning and Development tools / resources
  • Strong discipline and result orientation, quick learner
  • Creativity in problem solving
  • Good (speaking) English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player
onditions
  • A temporary contract with a possibility of extension
  • Working hours: max. 18h/week
  • 17,50€ per hour
  • Location: Munich
