Your Responsibilities

• As a Working Student (m/f/d), you support the transformation of our customer engagement model in Olympus’ core MedTech business towards an omnichannel customer engagement model
• You assist with the development of communication material for internal stakeholders and senior management
• You support the leaders of omnichannel initiatives in showing their initiatives’ progress and closely monitor and report on budget consumption
• You run quantitative analyses to support planning and track major transformation initiatives
• You help your team in its role as interface to major internal stakeholders, e. g. Project Management Office
• You support our Salesforce Product Owners in creating state-of-the-art training material for our end users

Your Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of a bachelor’s or master’s program in the area of Business Administration, MedTech, Sales and/or Marketing
• You have excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint, think-cell is a plus) and first experience in Excel modeling
• You are fluent in English (speaking and writing), German is a plus
• You are motivated with great attention to detail, proactive nature and a can-do attitude
• You work independently and organized while also bringing great communication skills to the team
• Your strengths include excellent analytical, multitasking and project management skills
• You can empathize with internal customers, put yourself into the shoes of an end user and explain functions and features in an easy way
